A few things to know:
-I was raised on a traditional Western diet that so many Americans consume
-Before I researched, I had an "out of sight, out of mind" view on nutrition
-I chose to change the way I eat. It is possible to become healthier.
What I believe:
In many cases, food can be your medicine. Through school, I have had the opportunity to study the human body, and it is simply amazing. It makes perfect sense that the foods that we put into our bodies will DIRECTLY effect our health, energy, and physical appearance.
You have to make the choice to appreciate the body you were given. Everyone has the potential to be healthy and not suffer from the many chronic diseases that are crippling Americans.
