A nice SuMmEr Treat! :)

Delicious, healthy, light, smoothie :)


*1 Banana (I like to use organic, but anything works)
*Handful or so of Spinach Leaves (cold or frozen; if I have some that's about to go bad, then I stick it in the freezer)
*Frozen Mangos
*Orange Juice (I usually start w/less & add as needed)

**Add all ingredients and blend....add more of one particular for a stronger taste
***Also try using other forms of frozen fruits
****This is a great treat because the spinach leaves are hardly noticeable, but add great health benefits (try mixing in other greens)
